Good to know
- « Sensible » is a false friend: it means sensitive. “Sensible” is « raisonnable ».
- Use « avoir » for age and appearance: « Elle a la trentaine » (she's in her thirties), « Il a les cheveux châtains ».
- « Il a l'air fatigué » means he looks tired. « Avoir l'air » + adjective is the usual way to say how someone seems.
