Phone, Appointments & Asking for Help in French A2

Good to know

• Answer the phone with « Allô ? », and use « Ne quittez pas » (hold the line) in formal calls.
• « Reporter » a meeting is to postpone it. « Déplacer » is to move it to another time.
• « Ça ne marche pas » (it doesn't work) uses « marcher » for machines and devices.
